General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Subject of the Contract and Definition

The contract between Gioielleria Ticca and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order by Gioielleria Ticca. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions and payment.

2. Purchasing Methods

Orders are accepted exclusively via the Internet (online) through the website www.ticcapreziosi.com. The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email at the end of the procedure.

3. Characteristics of the Products

The jewels offered comply with the descriptions on the website. The Customer is required to carefully consult the essential characteristics of the products before placing an order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT, and do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately and are highlighted before confirming the order. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Payments

Payment must be made at the same time as the order through the methods indicated on the site. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped.

6. Delivery

Ticca Preziosi provides for the delivery of products through trusted couriers. Delivery times vary from 2 to 15 working days, except in cases of force majeure. The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email, followed by registered letter within 48 hours.

8. Guarantees

All products sold by Ticca Preziosi are covered by a 24-month conformity guarantee from the date of purchase, excluding damage resulting from improper use.

9. Responsibilities

Ticca Preziosi is not responsible for inefficiencies caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data resulting from the use of the website.

10. Termination of the Contract
